Jill Tanenbaum received a BA in Studio Art and an MA in Publications Design and ran an advertising agency for 30 years. When she retired, she re-entered the world of fine art. She was a resident artist at the Art Glass Center at Glen Echo, Maryland (2010-2011), and The Waverly Street Gallery, a co-op gallery located in Bethesda, Maryland (2015-2018). Her glass work has been juried into many shows and she has won several awards. Currently, she works from her home studio, where she designs and teaches fused glass and multi-media work.
Several years ago, she started working with papers and other media, creating two-dimensional and three-dimensional collages. This is the first time she is showing her collage work.
