Artist Statement:

I live and make pots in Alexandria, Virginia, and I am lucky to fire my work in wood, gas, salt, and soda kilns throughout Virginia and the larger DC metro area. All of my functional pots are fired to more than 2,300 degrees Fahrenheit and are food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe.

I love working with my hands, and I love the art, science, and manual labor of being a potter. I love the fact that each piece is unique, and I love that a pot, when it is beautiful, is a small piece of art with which you interact every day.
