Artist Statement:

Andrew blows glass in the Washington, DC region. He uses dichroic glass in technically innovative ways to delight and enchant through color, pattern, and shape. His sculptures showcase complex, layered colors in a collection of organic forms. Lang's work invites wonder, moving the viewer's attention away from the everyday through exquisite color and technical complexity.

In 2019, Lang won first place in the international Dichroic by Design Competition. His work has been shown in the 2015, 2017, and 2019 Biennial Exhibitions of the Mid-Atlantic Creative Crafts Council. He serves as Vice President of the National Capital Art Glass Guild.
