Artist Statement:

Ms. Hoeber's early artwork was watercolors or florals. For the past fifteen years she has been a glassblower and paints acrylic abstracts. Her glass and paintings have been in juried shows. Ms. Hoeber is a national security expert and, as President of AMH Consulting, a Potomac, Maryland company, she provides consulting on a wide range of defense matters. She was a nominee for Congress in Maryland's 6th Congressional District in 2016 and 2018 and was appointed by Governor Hogan as a Member of the Montgomery County Board of Elections. She brings her breadth of experience to her art.
