Ceramics

Artist Statement:

I strive for functionality with artistic aesthetics in mind. I try to give my pots personality by adding intricate knobs to the lids and, more recently, I've been experimenting with embossing. My favorite material is porcelain and lightness is my main goal when designing a piece.

I've been a ceramic artist for more than 25 years. I have my work exhibited at Strathmore, Katz Museum, Bellair Museum, Waverly Street Gallery, and Arlington Arts Center.

Presently I'm represented by Scope Gallery at the Torpedo Factory Art Center. My last in-person show was at the American Craft Show (ACC-Baltimore).
